Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms By using the services provided by Lasers2u, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

2. Services Lasers2u offers premier aesthetic laser rental services and medical equipment transport services in South Florida. These services include the rental of aesthetic lasers and the transportation of medical equipment as outlined in the service agreement.

3. Service Agreement Clients must enter into a service agreement with Lasers2u outlining the terms, conditions, and duration of the services provided. Any deviations from the agreed-upon terms must be in writing and mutually consented to by both parties.

4. Equipment Rental Lasers2u provides state-of-the-art aesthetic laser equipment for rent. Clients are responsible for the proper use and maintenance of the equipment during the rental period. Any damages incurred will be the responsibility of the client as outlined in the service agreement.

5. Transportation Services Lasers2u offers secure and efficient transportation of medical equipment. Clients must ensure that the equipment is properly packaged and ready for transport. Lasers2u is not liable for any damage that occurs during transportation due to improper packaging.

6. Payment Terms Payment terms are outlined in the service agreement. Clients are required to make payments in accordance with the agreed-upon schedule. Failure to make payments may result in the termination of services.

7. Security Deposit A security deposit may be required for equipment rental. This deposit will be refunded upon the return of the equipment in good condition, less any applicable fees for damages.

8. Cancellation Policy Clients must provide sufficient notice for the cancellation of services. Cancellation fees may apply, and details can be found in the service agreement.

9. Insurance Clients are encouraged to carry insurance coverage for the rented equipment during the rental period. Lasers2u is not responsible for any loss or damage to the equipment once it is in the client’s possession.

10. Limitation of Liability Lasers2u shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the services provided.

11. Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Florida. Any disputes arising out of these terms and conditions will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

12. Changes to Terms Lasers2u reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
